Tell us about the house

Pick whichever is easiest. A few lines is enough to begin. You do not need photos, documents or a clean house to get in touch.

Request a written as-is offer

Takes a couple of minutes and commits you to nothing.

Three ways to reach us

Call (623) 323-9632. Email [email protected]. Or fill in the form on this page. Replies come by phone or email, and by text solely when you opted in. Contacting us commits you to nothing. If you would like to understand the process before you write, read how a sale works first, or look at how our offers are built.

An AS-IS paper and a SOLD tag on a desk

By phone

The fastest way to get a straight answer about your house.

By email

Useful if you want to attach photos or a repair estimate.

By form

Send the basics and we will respond with questions or an offer.

What helps us most

The address, the best number to reach you, and a plain, unpolished description of what is wrong or worn out. If you have them, mention an inspection report, a repair estimate, an HOA or code letter, the loan situation and the date you would like to be finished. Everything else can wait, and nobody will judge the state of the house or how long it has been that way. If your listing expired or a buyer backed out, tell us when and why. Our situations page shows how each of those changes things.

A punch list of repairs crossed out

The basics

Address, name and phone number.

The problems

What is broken, damaged or left behind.

The deadline

When you need to be done, if there is a date.

The loan

Roughly what you owe, if you are comfortable sharing it.

A message here puts you under no commitment.

Describe the house

Expect a few questions, then a price on paper.

Before you send

Please keep Social Security numbers, bank logins and card numbers out of your emails; an offer does not need them. Should documents be required down the road, we will explain a safe way to hand them over. You can read what happens to the details you do send on the privacy page, and see the FAQ for quick answers on common questions. Own in Johnson Ranch or Pecan Creek? Name the section, since the details differ between them. Replies usually start with a few questions about the roof, the cooling, the plumbing and anything owed, so having those answers handy saves a round of messages.
